And, now I realise I should have hammered on that more.

Let me be clear,

I love the USA. I love more the American people. I love the culture, food and everything.

The government and the corporations are to blame here, not the American people.

And yes, I agree with everything you said. Americans always take the flack for their fucked up political kangaroo government.

And Australia is NO better. I barely class Australia as its own country any more. We are under the same level of corporate servitude, and we are certainly America's military sidekick.

Although we do have free healthcare, subsidised education and a minimum wage, so maybe we're not quite as far gone as you lot yet. But we'll get there soon enough ☘️
