Nice job Ogley. First let me say, Clough was a prick. The shit he talked about Hillsborough not to mention his treatment of John Fashanu and others was beyond foul.

Anyway, I’ve always like Forest and was stoked when they came back up even at the expense of Leeds who I also enjoyed watching under Bielsa. I’m an Everton fan so I can’t complain too much though.

Seems a few teams bounce up and down don’t they? Like poor Norwich and Fulham who to be fair look much better than they have last few years. Brentford have done alright and tbf I never saw Leeds going back down till they got crippled with injury this season. It’s a squad depth thing right? And ya can’t just have the $ but when yer playing teams like M City you need players that can play at them but why would they come to Forest when they could go to a Wolves or a Leicester and fight for Europa?

As an Everton fan I am deeply aware that you can’t just throw money at a situation. And especially with teams like Newcastle I think that might become clear although I’m a big fan of Eddie Howe. Anyhow this comment has gone on long enough so I’ll finish by saying I want Forest to do well but I think they might have their work cut out even with a hundred mill. Nice article Mate.
