Phew. This is a refreshing read. I, too, am just kickstarting again after a long break and am struggling to get views.

I just figured by default, I would need to submit more to publications. Out of the three I have submitted to so far, not one has responded, and it's been several days.

So I will keep self-publishing, I guess and take whatever comes my way. Thanks for the heads up, Pal.
