That would depend entirely on the nature of the leader in charge. I can’t emphasise enough, I am talking about systems not personalities.

We have been conditioned to believe that democracy is the holy grail and that single leaders are, by default, tyrants.

Also, I can’t say I’m entirely comfortable questioning democracy living in a democracy ya know?
