This thing sound more like an allergy than a disorder. Either that or these people are smoking Asian toilet weed. Like Arriongreymore, I have smoked a few tons of weed and known thousands of people that also have across 30 years and have never seen or heard of a single case of this. Well, actually my Mate once smoked a bong and went blind for 30 seconds. That was definitely Asian toilet weed.
